We don't require perfect credit, guarantors, or traditional loan applications — just a simple verification for everyone's safety
By registering as a seller on Robin Estate, you (hereafter "Seller") agree to the following terms:
The Seller is solely responsible for ensuring that all property details (description, price, legal status, etc.) are accurate, truthful, and up to date.
The Seller confirms ownership of the property and must provide valid proof of title or sale authorization upon request.
The Seller chooses one of the available sales models: Lottery, VIP Savings, Queue, or Traditional Sale.
For Lottery-based sales, the sale only proceeds if the specified reserve price is met before the draw date.
For VIP Savings, a predetermined savings goal must be reached within the set timeframe to proceed with the draw.
The Seller acknowledges that Robin Estate may pause, extend, or cancel a campaign if conditions (e.g. minimum tickets sold or savings goal reached) are not met.
You can enter the draw on your own — or join a group of 2-10 people, where each person buys their own $100 ticket.
If anyone in the group wins, the prize will be equally shared among all group members.
Only properties handled by a registered real‑estate agent or an approved representative may be listed on Robin Estate.
The Seller agrees to enter into a separate agent‑brokerage agreement before their listing goes live.
The Seller authorizes Robin Estate and its affiliated agent to collect a commission as per the signed brokerage agreement upon successful sale.
Net proceeds are paid to the Seller after transaction settlement and deduction of any applicable taxes or fees, in accordance with local regulations.
Once a sales campaign has started (e.g., tickets are on sale or savings goal activated), the Seller may not withdraw the property.
Exception: If the property's reserve price is not reached within the specified campaign period, the Seller may request cancellation of the sale without penalty.
Robin Estate reserves the right, in consultation with the Seller, to extend the campaign period to achieve the reserve price.
The Seller's personal data is processed and stored in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data is used solely for the purposes of verifying, administering, and executing the sales process on Robin Estate.
The Seller has the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data under applicable data-protection laws.
